netGameRadio no longer attending Reloaded 2010

In an unfortunate turn of events, in our view thanks to the selfish and unreasonable demands Gamestah management have placed on Reloaded 2010 organisers, netGameRadio are being barred from broadcasting at the event. In an effort to show our true colours though, netGameRadio will still be supporting the event in any way we can!
In the words of Michael Woods, B1g League host and Journalist for MX Magazine, "eSports is not mainstream yet, we are in economic hard times the last thing people need is bad competition! Work with fellow gamers and help build up their brands and this will build the whole industry." - A statement we endorse 110%!
netGameRadio have spent the past 17 months attempting to work with and co-exist with all kinds of Australian eSports organisations. In large part, with great success, netGameRadio's positive relationship with Auscast for the upcoming ClanSport TF2 Masters and ongoing relationships with the major gaming portals is testament to this. Unfortunately, be it due to ignorance, personal vendetta or sheer ego, some groups are simply incapable of seeing the bigger picture and we find this truly disappointing.
netGameRadio openly welcomes a change of heart from Gamestah as we firmly stand behind our position of trying to focus on working together with other eSports organisations in positive and mutually beneficial ways, regardless off past indiscretions. We have always supported a no-limitation policy (equal access and opportunity) when working with organisers of community events that are not our own and even some that are and we're very proud to say so!
Never the less, netGameRadio will still be giving away 50 tickets to Reloaded 2010 over the coming months and we'll be releasing important information on the LAN during the lead up to the event. Despite us not being able to make an appearance this time round, do show your support for the guys at Reloaded / Valhalla and do your best to attend what should otherwise be a fantastic event.
Just remember, support those that support others and eSports in this country will truly go the distance!
