netGameRadio and Catalyst LAN

Catalyst LAN is back with LAN #3: Intruder Alert. It's all going down on the 8th of May in Launceston, Tasmania. Smithy will once again be attending and Triumph will be travelling across the state so you can tune into the LAN's live action! We'll be covering the first round of the CSS tournament LIVE at the venue so be sure you're listening in to catch all the shenanigans that go down. nGR will be DJing the event taking requests all evening.

This event is expected to go larger then the last, with a projected 80+ people to attend and the supporters upping the prizes. netGameRadio will be giving away plenty of prizes including FOOSH mints to keep people playing all night long, netGameRadio stickers to 'pimp your rig' and the admins will be giving out over 500 dollars in cash and prizes!
Tournaments for this month's lan include CoD4, CSS, Red Alert 3, Dirt 2, Quake 3 and an unexpected side tournament of Wintermaul Wars. Smithy will also be running a 2v2 retro comp with Super Smash Brothers on the Nintendo 64. If you and your mates think you're hard enough this is a great way to test your mettle against other gamers from all over the state.

If you're interested in attending, need any information, or are looking for a team, head on over to //www.catalystgaming.net/, sign up or have a chat to the friendly admins Ped! or Vipes (both interviewed at the last Catalyst LAN). The party lasts all night so if you're in Tas and you can make it we recommend checking Catalyst out.
