Encore Gaming Adds Havoc
Heals, 1-Apr-09 » Paton brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and passion to the team. He is one of the most well known Counter Strike: Source players in Australia, having been in teams such as Sydney Underground, Team Immunity and Sequential Gaming.
The Encore Gaming roster now includes:
Devin "shadzke" Carter
TJ "ox1" Dack
Luke "Havoc" Paton
Michael "shark" Rust
Josh "PaDz" Sho Le Plastrier
Team Captain, Michael "shark" Rust:
"Well with the departure of Mickos, this left the team in a bad position. We had just lost a top fragger and core 5 player. So we began the hunt for a new 5th... shadzke and I had already been in a team with Havoc before (Immunity) so we thought we would give him a try and see if he would like to play with us once more. Obviously his skill and knowledge is some of the best in Australia and we are very excited with his addition to the team. I believe that with Havoc playing, we will be able to slot back into the swing of things fairly simple as we already have some chemistry in the team"
New member Luke "Havoc" Paton had the following to say:
"Encore have looked really good in recent tournaments; when they asked me to join I was keen to trial and get a better look at the mechanics of the team and straight away we played as if we had been a team for months. This is probably because I’ve played with shark and shadzke before, and have been playing against PaDz and ox1 for quite a few years. Immunity are a very sharp and disciplined team, and with a familiar F4F team back, I’m sure there are going to be some insane matches to come, especially those LAN ones we very much love. However, I’m confident that with the practice we will get in, combined with the skills and experience we have, we will take out both CEVO and AINC."
Encore Gaming are now more prepared than ever, with new sights on what results they may be able to achieve for CEVO and AINC finals.
