Bench, 5-Oct-09 » Australian produced videogame television show "GameDamage" have released a new trailer for their upcoming series as they finalise international distribution rights.



Starring three local Aussies including Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw (Zero Punctuation), as well as Guy "Yug" Blomberg and Matt Burgess (AustralianGamer.com) the show has been described by fans as "The Top Gear of Gaming". Originally announced at last year's eGames 2008 Expo the 1/2 hour pilot episode received over a quarter million viewers in the next 5 days succeeding its release on YouTube.

I spoke to Yug earlier today about what he thought about the new trailer, "We read pretty much EVERY bit of criticism and feedback given to us from the original pilot, and the thing I'm most proud of is that we've addressed 99% of those issues. We're really proud of the new look GameDamage!"

It is currently being showcased at the MIPCOM conference in Cannes, France, where they will be concluding deals to get the show seen in as many countries as possible.
