In previous seasons the 'Tipping Thread' has been a hot bed of action over on the GameArena forums. In light of this, we've recognised the real value of tipping and over the past two months have been working to integrate tipping into the netGameRadio experience! It's our hope to expand this idea and it's reach to many if not all the major events we cover at netGameRadio!

It is our pleasure to announce that the GA 8v8 BF2142 Season 5 Finals will be one of the first events showcased as part of our new tipping experience! Tipsters will be able to tip all of the Season 5 Finals matches and fight for 1st and 2nd place prizes!

First place will take home a copy of Battlefield: Bad Company (Xbox360) and a netGameRadio t-shirt and our second placing tipster will win themselves a netGameRadio t-shirt.

Registration opens Friday 27th February 2009 and will remain open until just before the very first match of the finals begins. Tipping for each round will open shortly after the relevant match dates and times have been confirmed for a given round. Scoring is based on a margin system, 1 point being awarded for tipping the winning team and 2 points being awarded for tipping the correct margin (i.e. final score 129-39, margin = 90).

All you need to do to get involved in the tipping competition is to be registered on the netGameRadio forums, click the tipping link on our front page and follow the prompts!

netGameRadio will be covering every moment of the GA 8v8 BF2142 Season 5 Finals so we encourage everyone to catch all the action live on netGameRadio and hear all the results as they happen!
