CyberGamer BF2 6v6 Grand Final Tonight!
VyperAus, 15-Jul-09 » Grand Final fever has hit the Cyber Gamer 6v6 BF2 ladder, with the finals series winding down; there is only one match left and what a match it is going to be. Tonight the title of season 2 champions will be handed out, the question remains, who will it be? Will the Predatorz get their hands on their first piece of silverware? Does team eXile 5 have what it takes to get the double? All will be revealed when these two teams face off tonight.
With a different finals format for this season, it’s been a gruelling process to make it to the grand final, and as the saying goes only the worthy make it. First they played through their pool having to be in the top 2, then it was a smaller pool with best of 3 maps, then came the sudden death semi final and now there is only one more match, but it’s the most important one of the season.
Team eXile 5 are one of the most consistent performers in the 6v6 ladder, showing their tactical knowledge of the maps, combined with excellent squad work, and sheer application of firepower, has kept them at the top level of the 6v6 ladder for another season. There were a few hiccups along the way, but nobody doubts they belong in the grand final.
Predatorz have had a fantastic season, working hard has gotten them into the top 8 and then, had to work even harder to get through the final series. Drawing up against violent Resolution in the semi final, many people wrote them off, Predatorz dug deep and came away with a great victory to earn their spot in the grand final. Now facing off against team eXile 5 they face the toughest test, nothing will be left in the tank tonight as they seek fame and glory and set out to win their first season title.
